I know, I know...
This blog has been quieter than a buyer's market in 2021. I had big plans to keep it fresh in 2025… and then I got busy. Like, “12-closings-in-6-months” kind of busy.
While I’ve been MIA online, I’ve been very present in the real estate trenches—negotiating offers, unlocking doors, calming nerves, and celebrating wins. So, here’s a mid-year recap (finally) and a big heartfelt THANK YOU to every client who’s trusted me so far.
Also: Here is a fun Maui vacation trip my family and I just took to celebrate a great 1st half of the year, and also to show that balance is a very important thing to me!

This family moved all the way across the country—and trusted me with their Lacey landing. From video tours to the front door, we made it happen.

Referred by a friend, these buyers and I toured several homes before landing on the perfect neighborhood to grow roots and raise a family.
