I love this corner of Washington! I primarily serve Steilacoom, along with DuPont, Lakewood, and University Place. Here's a bit about each one.

Steilacoom: Steilacoom is home to me personally, and is Washington's oldest incorporated town, dating back to 1854, and it's full of character. Think a walkable historic district, waterfront parks with gorgeous Puget Sound views, cozy coffee shops, and a ferry connection to Anderson Island. It's a favorite for buyers who want real charm and water views close to JBLM and Tacoma. 

 

DuPont: A clean, master-planned community just outside Joint Base Lewis-McChord, and a favorite with military families for its short commute to the base. DuPont blends a historic village area with newer neighborhoods connected by trails and parks, and it has a warm, tight-knit, walkable feel.

 

Lakewood: A larger, more diverse city with everyday convenience close at hand, from shopping and dining to services, alongside standout outdoor spaces like American Lake and the 340-acre Fort Steilacoom Park. It's also close to JBLM and offers a wide range of housing options and price points.

 

University Place: Known for Chambers Bay, the public golf course that hosted the 2015 U.S. Open, University Place offers stunning Puget Sound and mountain views, miles of walking trails, and highly rated schools. It has a friendly, family-oriented feel with easy access to everything Tacoma has to offer.
